Need something extra?
We offer a range of add-ons, including a portable Jackery battery with solar panel, throw pillows and blankets, additional furnishings, exterior lighting, decor, a camp kitchen setup, and even offer campsite booking service. Whatever would make the experience feel more like yours, we can likely make it happen.

What's Not Included

We believe in being upfront so there are no surprises when you arrive. A few items are not part of the standard rental:
Sleeping pillows are not provided – this is a hygiene decision we feel strongly about, so plan to bring your own or grab a couple before your trip. Mileage and trailer fees are calculated separately, depending on your location, and will be outlined clearly in your quote. If your site requires any special access arrangements, that too is worth mentioning when you reach out, so we can plan accordingly.
Everything else – the setup, the bedding, the lighting, the rugs – is handled. The list of what is not included is short on purpose.

The Lotus tents are our original glamping lineup, available in multiple sizes to suit different needs and group sizes. The Bud (10 ft) is perfect for a spontaneous two-person escape. The Lotus (13 ft) sleeps up to four and suits families or friend groups. The Lotus Stargazer is the showstopper – same size footprint as The Lotus but with a transparent roof panel that turns every night into a stargazing experience. All three come fully dressed and ready for you.

Our bell tent rental is the newest addition to the Lavish Canvas lineup. At 16 feet across and 200 square feet of interior space, the Bell offers full canvas walls that zip open 360 degrees for complete airflow, optional mesh panels, and a genuinely spacious feel that groups appreciate. It is the kind of rentable tent that photographs as well as it feels to sleep in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where can you set up the tents?
A: Almost anywhere with enough flat ground. Private land, campgrounds, backyards, wedding venues, festival sites – if the location works logistically, we can make it happen. Give us the details and we will let you know.

Q: Do I need to do anything to prepare the site?
A: Not much. A reasonably flat, clear area is ideal. We will handle the rest during setup.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: As soon as you know your dates. Peak season books quickly, particularly for weekends between May and September. That said, reach out even if your event is soon – we will always do our best.

Q: Can I rent multiple tents for a larger event?
A; Absolutely. We accommodate everything from a single glamper tent to multi-tent setups for weddings, festivals, or group events. The Bell and Lotus collections can be mixed and matched depending on your needs and availability.

Q: What if the weather is bad?
A: Our canvas tents are built for the outdoors and handle Alberta weather well. We will always keep an eye on the forecast and communicate with you if anything needs to be adjusted.

Q: Why are pillows not included?
A: Sleeping pillows are not included for hygiene reasons, but everything else you need for a comfortable night is provided.
